  • Met with Grede team regularly to discuss status and priorities
  • Prepared cost estimate for event
  • Worked with vendor management to secure event rooms and make arrangements
  • Worked with catering personnel on menu
  • Worked with set-up firm to design and decorate room
  • Designed and distributed emailable and printed invitations to customers
  • Followed up with customers to encourage attendance
  • Provided on-site management before, during and after the event
